2016年5月20日下午，應(yīng)科技評(píng)價(jià)與創(chuàng)新管理研究中心邀請(qǐng)，美國佐治亞理工大學(xué)Juan Rogers教授在主樓418會(huì)議室做了題為“Assessing the quality and effects of best practices in public management in Science and Technology Policy”的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告，葉選挺博士主持了報(bào)告會(huì)。偉德國際官網(wǎng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)與戰(zhàn)略管理系和應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)系相關(guān)教師，科技評(píng)價(jià)與創(chuàng)新管理研究中心、知識(shí)管理與數(shù)據(jù)分析研究中心的博士生和碩士生參加了報(bào)告會(huì)。
Rogers教授做報(bào)告
Rogers教授介紹了如何評(píng)估公共政策實(shí)踐全過程的質(zhì)量和效果，并以科技政政策組合運(yùn)用的路線圖及政策工具功能的相關(guān)性、美國Public-Private-Partnership（PPP）政策評(píng)估為例，對(duì)相關(guān)的理論和方法進(jìn)行了闡述。

報(bào)告后，與會(huì)師生就數(shù)據(jù)處理的方法與注意事項(xiàng)、學(xué)術(shù)及商業(yè)報(bào)告的演講技巧、中美PPP政策的異同及如何促進(jìn)中國的PPP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施與Juan Rogers教授進(jìn)行了深入的交流。

Juan Rogers教授簡(jiǎn)介：
Dr. Juan Rogers is Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Research Value Mapping Program at the School of Public Policy, Georgia Institute of Technology. His current research interests include modeling the R&D process, assessment of R&D impacts, especially in the formation of scientific and technical human capital, technology transfer, R&D policy and evaluation, the interaction of social and technical factors in the development of information technology, contextual factors of scientific and technical creativity, and information technology policy. He teaches courses on the logic of policy inquiry, qualitative and quantitative methods, information management and policy, science and technology policy, and bureaucracy and policy implementation.
